Whats the deal with people who paste HTML clocks on their Friendster or Myspace profiles??

If i could divert the readers attention to the extreme bottom right of your screen you will see a FULLY FUNCTIONAL clock on your taskbar provided by the nice people in Windows...

Kinda defeats the purpose of those flashy HTML ones huh?
